Please note that the following regulations apply to all overnight rentals in Douglas County
- Maximum daytime occupancy is 32 people and maximum nighttime occupancy is 16 people, including children.
- Notice that gatherings and events exceeding the maximum vacation home rental occupancy are prohibited.
- No events are allowed.
- Maximum number of allowed vehicles 4 vehicles allowed – only 1 can be parked on the driveport.
- Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
- Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
