The primary Renter must be 35+ years old. No bachelor or frat parties, groups of only high school or college students, no weddings – no exceptions.
Specific questions sent to guests must be answered within 24 hrs. The rental Agreement must be signed. The parking permit must be visible on the car.
Only the number of guests you book for shall be permitted at the property overnight.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited
Safety features at this property include fire extinguishers, smoke and fire monitors and a first aid kit
This property’s policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties
Please note that the following regulations apply to all overnight rentals in Douglas County

- Notice that gatherings exceeding the maximum vacation home rental occupancy are prohibited.
- No events are allowed.
- Maximum number of allowed vehicles 4 vehicles allowed – only 1 can be parked on the driveport.
- Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
- Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.
